How to add a folder in cadence virtuoso analog design environment

Hello,
I am new to this software. I have a design folder with all the schematics. This project folder was copied from one system via pen drive to another. Now, I have no idea how to open the folder in the new system. I did try adding the folder name and path in Library manager , but , i am not too sure whether i have done it correctly. I need to open those files and have a look at the schematics.

Why does the internet explorer vista window closes down when I try to add folders from my e-mail?How do I go in my documents and make two separate folders for my instructors when I need to complete assignments? Its much easier than individualize doc for the classes.
