Hello,
Can anyone please tell me how to add a fluctuation like that in the picture (300mv peak to peak at 1MHz) to the power supply, in Cadence?

Hi,

In Tina-TI, you just replace a DC power source, say 5V, with an AC power source set at 5V with an amplitude of 150mV, and whatever shape wave is appropriate, and you can set the frequency in the same pop-up/window where you set those parameters. Double-clicking on the AC source circle, or right-clicking (can't remember, it's one or the other) opens the parameters window/pop-up. Maybe Cadence is the same...
