How the time scale of this circuit was callibrated?

Hello guys, does anyone know how the time scale of this circuit was callibrated?
The time-scale was callibrated as 1unit=10msec, I understand the time-scale/x axis is divided into 10 pixels, i.e 10 20 30... how 1pixel is equal to 1msec is what I don't know. Why not 1usec, 1ns...?
