How the calibration of temperature controller is done ?

How the calibration of Ammeter & voltmeter is done ?

kindly, tell me the procedures & instruments required to fulfil these tasks

thanks a lot

You should take a reference device that has better precision compared to the one you want to calibrate.
For automated calibration you should use some PC based A/D device (Like this one we use in our manufacturing process:
SUB-20 Multi Interface USB Adapter USB to I2C SPI GPIO RS232 RS485 Ir. It has 8 A/D channels and PWM output for reference signal)
If you are talking about industrial devices there is a special certificated laboratories witch performs calibration and certification.
What exactly do you want to calibrate and for what precision?

How to carry on the task of calibrating the electronics instruments & their preventive maintenance ?

thanks

Here is a simple and cost effective, yet nice calibrating process.

But what about other instruments :

temperature controllers, weighing bridge (scale), VFDs (inverters) etc.

Temperature controllers do not need calibration but the Temperature Sensors. Here is the link for complete procedure.

But if you want multi function Temp calibrator you can select one from different suppliers according to you r need.
Here are products.
Temperature Controller Calibration-Temperature Controller Calibration Manufacturers, Suppliers and Exporters on Alibaba.com
For weighing bridge calibration you need Weight Cell calibrator and have to know the type of cell (the manufacturer)
See here some calibrator references.
Load Cell Calibrator | Load Cell Tester | Load Cell Simulator - Load Cell Central
VFD
All these procedures need hands on experience and at the same time test and measure equipment.

It means for calibrations of the above mentioned & stated equipments we do need different testers & calibrators ???

thanks a lot man

Surely you need. And calibrations is a separate full fledged department.
