how relay drive a 220 v bulb?

how relay drive a 220 V bulb? bulb? I mean whole circuit is operating on 5 V but 6 V relay is driving 220 V bulb, how?
 

I have no idea. Are you sure you don't have 220 volts in your system? Maybe a schematic might help...
