Hi

I want to save some information permanently with high reliability.
I find AT27LV512A atmel OTP EPROM.
Can i program this device "In System" such FPGA PROMs ?

Can you offer me a proper programmer for these devices ?
Is there any socket needed for programming ?

Is there any better device out there ?

Thanks for your help.

In principle, yes. But you have to provide 12V Vpp and raise Vcc to 6.5V. If you intend ISP, you would want to use a single supply flash device.

Most general purpose programmers are able to program these devices. The manufacturers also supply programming adapters.
