Hi.
I'm trying to use MIG Tool for transferring Data on DDR3 SDRM.
My component is MT41j64M16JT , with 16bit Data bus and DDR3 clock rate of 400MHz.

I simulated the example design of MIG to measure transfer rate. It seems to be approximately 1050MB/s for write or read.
I want to know is that maximum rate?
How can I increase this rate?

some more explains:
I made some changes in example design and removed the Pattern_ctrl and Traffic_generator and used app* signals to write or read. I read or write 4096*16byte Data in 62 us.

The data rate will depend on the size of the data bus(16 in your case). The maximum rate of transfer for DDR3 is 2133 Mbps. So you can also try increasing the MIG operating frequency to achieve a higher rate.

The maximum clock rate for my FPGA part is 400MHz then I cant increase frequency of this clock!

I believe you are able to calculate the achievable maximum transfer rate yourself! It should be a bit below 2*400 Mwords/s, in case of 16 bit data width e.g. 1150 - 1190 MB/s. The actual number depends on latency parameters, refresh settings and mostly transfer size. To achieve maxim transfer speed full pages must be read or write continuously.

You have to look into the test details to understand why you only achieve 1050 MB/s although you are transfering large blocks.. One explanation could be that your controller is performing unnecessary refresh actions.
