Hi~

Actually, How much have frequency 100kbit/s in i2c data interface?

To send 100Kbits/s on the I2C bus the frequency has to be at 100KHz, this is ignoring the start and stop and Acknowledge bits. This adds approximately another 1 bits for every byte transmitted, which if you wanted to send 100Kbit/s would need to increase the transmission speed to 110KHz Also this is ignoring parity bytes which may also be required.
