Pls i am still in search for the how, and what it will cost me to study for masters in robotic eng. in the U S or any country. Help out pls.

Depends where are you from.

There are many good Technical Universities in EU, where studies are free of titution for EU citizens.

There is well known robotics institute at University of Southern Denmark :
"Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute"
