In my circuit, I want to use twenty Ls(10nH) and Cs(1pF), how much chip size will they take?
Thanks

it depond on you process.
and 10nH maybe is much for chip layout

1pf capacitor may cost 10X10um2 area if you want to use mos as capacitor at .18um cmos process.

Thanks
will 10nH L take 1mm×mm in 0.18um COMS process ?

It shouldn't need 1mmx1mm to have the 10nH. And this depends on
your inductor requirement. Stacked inductor will consume less silicon area.
