Your question is too open. It will depend on the performance, architecture, type of capacitors you are going to use, etc..

In this case, a range can be from ~0.1mm^2 to ~5mm^2

The best way is to check some old design, look at their specs and area, you will have a general feeling.

old design always integrate all include oversampling filter and analog low-pass filter in a die.so u won't know how much area is .

one thing is for sure.in sigma delta ADC modulator occupies less area than what the decimator occupies.toatl area also depends on of which order ADC is being used.
