How many transistors we want when we are building a SRAM and a DRAM ?

Re: how many transistors

First its depends on the capacity of memory

second SRAM Memories are made of Flip Flops and at least made of 4 NAND or NOR Gates.
Some of these flip flops are Master -Slave in design so it has 6 Gates.

DRAM are made of Transistors and Charging and Discharging Capacitors and the count of transistors
depend on design.

Memory ICs are made of Memory Cells (Like Flip Flops in SRAM.... and Charging and dischqarging circuits ...in DRAM.) and Both have multeplexing circuits clock cicuits and many other parts.

The count of Transistors in Memory ICs depends on circuit design
