Are you interested, for any topology, of N energy storage elements, the generalized
analytical max number ?

Solution
For any reactive part X= from either L or C
and for number of Poles ,P and Zeroes, Z

\[ Σ ~Poles_{(max ~ always)}=Σ ~(L+C)=Σ~ Zeros_{(max)}, = Σ~Poles, ~~~~Σ~Z _{(actual)}= Σ~(L+C)−Σ~P_{@f>VHF} \]

Z depends on number of Poles reduced from f at very high freq. such that Xc=0 etc. neglecting parasitics which also affects high f.

The video shows that if there are N reactive elements that does not
necessarily imply N poles or zeros. Also discusses poles and zeros
at infinite freq.....

I looked for a paper that given a n node topology is it possible to
predicts.....so far cant find a basis.
