How is the S11 of an amplifier performed in ADS?

in ADS the S11 of an amplifier is performed with or without the VDD of the circuit ?

As far as i know the S11 parameter is determined without any external supply.

S11

S11 will generally be different between power off and power on. If you want S11 when the amplifier is active, then that's how you should simulate it.

Hi,

Some transistor models you choose in ADS already include the set of DC biasing conditions. Hence, the S11 u get from transistor is at the biasing condition.
