Thank you mr peter ETD49 suitable for welder mashine 15volt 80ampere output and 220v AC input and how many numer of turns for primary and secondary on 80Khz

For welder device you should use copper strip specially for secundar.

See this project:

Welding inverter up to 100A

thankyou very very very much mr peter and I want to answer me how much power that I can get from ETD49/25/16on80Khz because I want to make mini welder 70-80 ampere and Ican not to found the core in the circuit that you put it

Switching transformer Tr1 is wound on two ferrite EE cores, each with a central column section 16x20mm. The total cross section is therefore 16x40mm, the core must have no air gap. 20 turns primary winding is wound using 14 wires of a 0.5 mm diamater. It would be better to use 20 wires, but they didn't fit to my core. Secondary winding has 6 turns of copper strip 36x0.5mm.

How can you possibly expect to make a SMPS welder with zero knowledge about SMPS. I see smoke in your future.

Thanks mr tpeter for your information and your help

Alian, if you want to learn then start with a LOW power SMPS. You are going to burn up a lot of components and this will cost a lot of money if they are high power mosfet's.

hello peter u given very good data of welding machine is it commercialy succesfull?
