How i can calculate the l and c value (designing a smps)?

emi/emc filter

Hello friends,

I am designing a smps using a topswitch from powerintegration.
My input voltage range is 100-310V and my switching frequency is 130KHz i want to insert a emi filter at the input side. How i can calculate the l and c value .
