How exactly is the bit rate set?

Plz explain how to set the rate of a, for examle, a Bernoulli Binary
generator if there is no such field in the block parameters.There
are just:
probability of a zero,
initial seed,
sample time
samples per frame for frame-based inputs.
I guess it's all about sample time but I can't understand how
exactly bit rate is set.
