How encrypt the FPGA config file?

If I don't wanna release detail of the FPGA config file, how can I do?
Is there anyway the customer may use my config file to implement there design but will not know detailly about interior

Check your FPGA data sheet. Some FPGAs provide configuration bitstream encryption. For example:
