i need how electron junp into conduction band in room temp.

When an electron in the valece band accept an energy greater than the energy band gap of the material , it jumps to the conduction band .

But Ghitani, how does it the valence electron more energy levels at the room temperature?

This what is called Thermal equilibrium where electrons jumping from valence band has the same rate as the electron falling from conduction band so the number of electrons remains constant for a given temperature .

in order for an electron to jump into the conduction band, there must be an applied electric field. this causes the electrons to accelerate, thus moving from valence band to conduction band.
