video image processing

hw does video image processing be acheived???
is it camera(input) to the computer and use software program to generate something then send it to TV(output)???[/b]

Re: video image processing

I think video image processing is something similar to digital image processing. In DIP, most of the input is photo or image. If you do video processing, input should be video. Process the video using some computer software then output is video file again. Have I answer your question? Not very clear what you want to know.
