how does simulate cdma in matlab

please help me for smulation cdma in matlab. my project is about cdma and ica but i dont know that how do i simulate its detector
 

There are demos in simulink simulating cdma IS-95 model. you can use it and get a idea about simulating it in matlab if you insist on using matlab and m-file. if not it's easier to use simulink.
 

Just assign the orthogonal codes to the transmitted signal. Than decode them with same key ie. using the spreading code.
