Then how is it fabricated?
is it fabricated as two series MOSFETS?
can any one give me a cross section to dual gate MOSFET?

but structures discussed in the paper you send seems to be two parallel tansistors while what IanP said is that is two series transistors
is what i said true or is there something i didn't get?
