Do you mean you want to know how to work with it or you want to know how LCD works ?!!!
if you want to work with it , you should know how to work with Microcontroller , if so , i can send you LCD's datasheet and then you can work with it .
you also can find many projects in internet with LCD and microcontroller connection, they can help you .
