I know that common mosfets have their body grounded but gate all around fet has body surrounded by oxide so I have no idea how to ground one.

I am stuck with this problem because without the ground I just get bunch of noises while device simulation.

Thanks

In a FDSOI (very thin silicon) you will have to break some
normal groundrules and work at a gate length that can
print right with non-self-aligned P+ and N+ butted regions.

In regular thick JI you let the body reach under the source
and gate from some (not too) remote contact.

If somebody drew a PCell with drain inside gate inside source
and close-in trench, with no body contact, that doesn't
mean you can't do better. Just means they didn't care
about some things, and maybe shouldn't be left in charge.
