How do we modify Pcells according to the technology we are using?

how do we modify Pcells according to the technology we r using, do we have change all cells in Pcells manually or any other way to do it?????

If you know SKILL u can manually change the PCELLS

Pcells given by foundry will be encrypted. You cant touch those pcells, Otherwise it results in a violation.
