How do I extract Net length or its corresponding Rc value?

I want to know whether its possible to extract net length from a frontend tool preferebaly.. If so how?

Pre-place and route, I don't think it's possible. Post-place and route it just depends on what tool you are using, but you need a routed def for the length and extraction for the RC.
