how design a tablet with omap4 by texas instruments

Hi all, i am a newbie in electronic design. I would like to know how to design a tablet based, for example, in the omap 4 microprocessor. In the ti web page is the block diagram of a tablet,image of block diagram, well, i want to know what steps are following to design a system of this type. I have been searching in the web and I haven´t find anything. Thanks.
 

THAT is NOT a newbie project. Buy the BeagleBoard first and learn how to use them.
