HI,
Can anybody tell me about current limiting diode. Is it possible to form the same with just a JFET. my voltage range is 12VDC to 220VDC.can I have constant current by using current limiting diode.????PLEASE HELP.

Current limiting diodes are JFETs. I'm not aware of types working at 220V DC. You should also think about power dissipation.

P.S.: I see, that CL diode operation has been already explained in one of your previous threads. https://www.edaboard.com/threads/279988/#post1199597
