Hi,
I want to ask that ,How can we increase the bandwidth of a Transistor
 

transistor bandwidth

it depends on the configuration you are using i.e CE, CC etc.... because the capacitance and gain of each varies... bandwidth can be spoke of in terms of trade off of these two...
