depends what you mean. if you are using a microcontroller then you can have a look if it has a PLL (Phase Locked Loop). You can get a faster crystal or if you are using a micro with an internal oscilator then you can have a look if there is a way in which you can set the frequency.

If what you meant was an Digital module. i.e ASIC or FPGA design... then you have to reduce your critical timing delay of you design....
