How can we differentiate voltage levels w.r.t Frequencies and current?

LV - low voltage (ac-50–1000 Vrms dc-120–1500 V)
HV - high voltage (ac-> 1000 Vrms dc-> 1500 V)
ELV - extra low voltage (ac-< 50 Vrms dc-< 120 V)
EHV - extra high voltage
dont know what is MV (medium voltage may be)
