how can we connect umc 0.18 rf inductor and capacitor in cadence layout?

hi everybody,
does anybody know, how can we connect umc 0.18 rf inductor pins (plus, minus and B) to another devices in cadence layout?( i used L_SLCR20K_RF 0.18 umc rf and MIMCAPM_RF)
I tried to connect them with metal5 and metal6 but i have lvs warnings(suggested terminal rewire)
