How can i submit software

what does your developed tool will do ?

if you are going to release the source code also then there are many free hostiong sites .

if binary only then you have different options .

if it is a shareware , better to have your own website by using many of the
'hosting for a small fee' companies.

the trend is very few shareware sites hosts the files themselves.(due to cost).

they simply link the shareware title to authors websites on their pages .

the advantage of the shareware can be got only by proper response from the author.

in addition to lowcost(due to low overhead) and nil advt cost.
