How can I simulate a circuit using 2SC1969 transistor in ADS

How can I simulate a circuit using 2SC1969 transistor in ADS?

i don't think there exists a model of 2SC1969. So how can I simulate?
 

1. Buy it! --> 2. Use VNA to measure and generate s2p file --> 3. Simulate in ADS
 

One possibility would be to extract most important parameters from datasheet, like hfe, and use them in addition to the ideal model included in ads.
