How can I run RCX for RLC extraction using PEEC Mode

Hello!
I have Cadence 6.1.3. I'm trying to run RLC parasitic extraction with using PEEC Mode.

First, I need to choose Substrate Extracte "Assura RCX-HF", otherwise I amn't alowed to choose RLC or RLCK. I don't know what is "Assura RCX-HF", and can't find in description.

Second, when I run QRC with choosen "PEEC Mode" I have the following error:
"User Region: Required Field for PEEC Mode
Tech Dir Name: Required Field
SC Tech File Name: Required Field"
The last two items is in the Sustrate insert. But I don't understand what to choose.

If somebody knew how to manage with that or have any literature on Assura RCX, I will appreciate.
