how can I realized dynamic impedance matching?

Is this neccessary in a lvds transmitter?

A termination resistor, typically between 90 and 130 Ohms is required at the receiver that is farthest from the transmitter. This is required to avoid line reflections, and to provide the proper voltage swing at the receiver(s), since the transmitter is a constant current source.
