how can i improve my practical skills

am master student graduated from bachelors dfree before two years, i trained as engineer at one of the companies...

but i faced problem in interviews, it is the master study, so many employers dont hire master students for many reasons..

can u tell me how to overcome this problem? finding job while study master

you must search for a job that make use from ur master
ex. if ur master in communication try to work in communication
