I want to use P-LDMOS for pass element of LDO because the on-resistance is lower than PMOS transistor. But the model of LDMOS for circuit simulation is a setback. who can help me? Thanks in advance.

Just curious, why P-LDMOS has lower on-resistance compared with PMOS?

i think LDMOS have higher on-state resistance than a discrete Pmos ,because LDMOS is a kind of surface device but the other is not.
LDMOS is suitable for integration.
