How can i drive logic mosfet from a PIC

Why not use mosfet drivers ( as MAX4427 ) ?

Why do you want to make it complicated when you can make it simple???
I don't know why you all try to turn this circuit into something complex when it really doesn't require more than a single logic-level N-channel MOSFET and nothing else. Just as I have shown in the schematic.
 

what about switching on / off an 220 Volt 2 kW AC Induction motor ?
is there any example schematic or can anyone suggest, how to controll a motor with
a PIC ?
