how can I do that communication with pic and cellphone.

Hi friends.I wanna do project that there are two alrm and first alarm is fire alarm,second alarm is thief alarm.When alarm is active,PIc will send messager a cellphone.How can I do that.Pls help me.I dont know how to do it.Thanks
 

use AT Commands
 

I think you shoud first get a CDMA or GPRS module for the phonecall purpose - most of them support AT commands. Then you can use the PIC to send AT commands from UART.
