How can I design a Audio Amplifier Output using a OP-AMP?

create using transistor. u can use darlington pairs and 547 transistor for the same.

design a CE amplifier from 547. This wil give you necessary voltage gain. Darlington pair transistor you can use it as current gain. depending on what volume you req design the circuit with resistor. you have cascade the two. first voltage amplification, then current or vice versa. However while doing make sure it doesnt exceed maximum limits of current for 547 or voltage for darlington pair.

do you have the schematic or........?it is a little hard for me to understand what you said
