How can I change .wlf file to .fsdb file?

Design Environment:
Modelsim 6.0
Win2000 Pro

vfast fsdb

You can't.
For *.fsdb file generation you must have Debussy nWave soft.

fsdb to wlf

convert wlf to vcd using wlf2vcd (modelsim command)
Then use vfast to get fsdb (debussy command)
