I think you need an approximation for rectangular patch antenna, it is fr (frequency resonance) = c0/2/sqrt(epsilon_r)/L
epsilon_r is the dielectric constant for the substarte and L is the length of Patch
You can use HFSS ''Antenna Design Kit'' for designing the patch antenna. All you need to do is mention your resonance frequency and this design kit will generate the design in HFSS. You can give it a try and get some ideas.
@hamidrezakarami. please help me in finding the feed points. how can i calculate the feed points in MPA. i am designing MPA on 10GHz freq in CST. i have calculated all the parameters but still i don't know how to calculate the feed points ?
