So strange your circuit that you have no clue how to ask? Pls specify clearly ur question and your schematic

rpo1pb -- is it a distributed RC line? The width of your MOSFET is huge 1.5mm, so the input capacitance is big. If these two elements rpo are lumped resistors, you may easily calculate RC time constant. It is just a multiplication of the two rpo in parallel and the input capacitance Cgs.

MOSCAP of M15 include Cgs,Cds,Cgb, could you give information for M15's source,drain and body.
