how can a programmable arraybe copied?

can anybody suggest that how a programmable array can be copy

It depends on the type (how this particular PLD can be programmed).
Does it have JTAG, then use JTAG. Can it be programmed with an PROM programmer (paralelel) then use that. Does it use I2C or some other serial format then use that.

Note that PLD's can be secured from reading back, meaning that reading back the contents is not possible. This security mechanism can typically only be reset by clearing the whole device ....
