How BSIM 3's Vth in ADS is 1.87 ?

Hey

The BSIM3 model in ADS gives the threshold voltage in 0.13 um technology to be 1.87.

How is it possible?

Hi,

Would like to ask where did you get the model from? Was it provided by the foundary or was it converted from some existing spectre model file?
