How about output matching network

I design the LNA use Cascode structre. The perfomance is good

But the S(2,2) is quite bad, usually ,how to do output matching ?

Mainly thing you can do is to adjust R_load and L_load to move output impedance to 50 Ohm circle (Smith chart) and then adjust C_load (coupling cap) to match the image part.
 

S(2,2) isn't important because the LNA drives a mixer on chip!
 

i think you need to put you result on the web , then some one can help you debug
