in my experience im having a hard to analyze if it is a high volatge section problem or a low voltge problem...

is there a trick or good way to isolate this sections. we know that a high voltage section composed of horizontal osc.,drive, output, h. d.yoke,flyback. how may i suppose to know that this section is the part where i will concentrate to troubleshoot a certain tv..
