i am hobbiest in electronic and embedded field as well. so, frequently i used to design circuit to test and some need to continue with same. so, i want these circuit should perfect and well design. So plz provide tutorial which one is easiest and which one currently your using..

for drilling, there is no option except to have a drill.
mini drills are available in markeet easilly.

You can have drill bits of different sizes varying from 0.6mm to 1.5mm which are easily available in market. You can drill almost all holes using these bits except holes for DC jack. You'll need a milling machine for making holes for jack.

ok thanx for guiding actually i don't know which is ideal method with toner transfer. on internet gives lots of method so which one is to follows or can provide link for any ideal and perfect easier method.

After googling some details i got another method using UV-light. Is it Simple to use.

UV light printing is more accurate method but it may be quite costly. You'll need a UV light source and a proper arrangement, such as an box having 4 UV tubes inside it and glass on top of it to place PCB. Also the films required for UV printing cost more(at least 30 times more for medium quality print-which is acceptable for home made designs and 500 times more for industrial grade designs). UV light printing also takes about 45mins to print tracks on PCB, which is more that toner transfer I guess.

But still I would suggest this method if you can afford. It is accurate and more reliable method than toner transfer.

As I have tried,
It is best to take print on a magzine paper, then transfer it to board.

For toner transfer, you can print your design on glossy paper, then place the paper on copper clad- printed design should face copper, make sure clad doesn't move wrt paper(by wrapping the extra paper around it or something) and then iron it for 15 mins. Due to heat, toner/ink on paper will be transferred to copper. But this is very crude and less reliable method, doesn't guarantee you that all tracks will be printed on board. If few are not printed you'll have to draw them by hand using permanent marker.

For toner transfer method Use photo paper used for printing in computer printing. One side of that paper is coated with a glossy material, I personally use kodak photo paper. Step1 Print the track with drill holes on the paper
Step2 Clean the Copper clad board with very fine sand paper
Step3 Wipe clean the board with Acetone
Step4 Keep the track side of the paper on Copper of the board and Iron it with Cloth Ironing machine. Care full the paper should not slide, so pess from top.Approximately 5 minutes
Step5 Put the Copper clad board in warm water. After 1 Hour or so the paper wich is sticking to the PCB can be carefully removed. The track will be now on board.
Step6 Clear the drill holes with a sharp pin.

Step7 Now you can Etch the PCB as usual.

if i am having print pdf with keeping 100% page size then will size will same as component and how to etch pcb. i don't know how to etch also. i am very new to pcb print.

Etching is done usually by dipping the prepared board in ferric chloride solution.
