can anyone help me to connect 25 v ac and 300 v ac to produce 240 v ac.they are in same phase and same frequency

Please explain ur idea clearly . U may say 25 + /- 300v => 240 V then it is not possible

Maybe you can connect them in series,get a voltage of 330 V ac & then step it down.But you may need a custom transformer.
But both of them should be synchronous both in frequency & phase for this to work.

You really need to explain exactly what you got, what you expect to achieve, the power level required, etc....and lastly your application.

What rahdirs proposes does work, but the question begs: why would you want to do this in the first place?
